While we continue to swap things back and fourth, here's the next one for you. Don't forget this round we're throwing everyone we know and love right out the window...

Setting: I'll give you the same - Anywhere, anything you like, as long as it has nothing to do with anything you've previously written.
Colours: Blue and Yellow
Characters: well-worn cowboy/dentist
Event: pain, the more the better
Starting Sentence: It was too damn hot for this...

Now, *rubs hands together*, for you're closing paragraph I want to see 'where is that dog?'.

Well, yes. The bleeding obvious would be a cowboy's root canal gone terribly wrong by a dentist wearing a blue and yellow beanie in an surgery with a broken air conditioning system, with the cowboy's dog tied up out the front...

What I'm actually doing, however, is researching just a little bit on pain medication and dentistry in the 1800s. You're going to regret the words 'the more the better' by the time I'm done - but again, still not in the way you think...

I might have to ask for an extension, though. Next week we're shipping new stock to stores, so there's going to be lots of overtime and not much writing time. Our pick release officer is already tormenting us with how busy next week's going to be... *makes face*

Oh, I swear to you, it will be worth the wait! I still want to get this done as quickly as I can (that's pushing me to finish shorter stories, still something I so need to work on) because I have the ideas ... and because I know you're going to love this!

LOL, however long it takes you to come up with something good, I don't mind! It's always worth the waiting as far as I'm concerned!

Yeah, things are still going a bit slowly over here, however I have gotten started at least!
